Single-jet dry dial water meter has free rotating register, it is small in size and light in weight; it is featured with magnetic drive, resistance to exterior magnet interference and reading clear in a long term service; It can be divided into single jet dry dial cold water meter and single jet dry dial hot water meter. Available with the pulse output (1L/10L/100L one pulse).

Application:


Measuring the total volume of portable water passing through the pipeline.  
It can be equipped with pulse output assembly (reed switch).

Single-jet, Vane Wheel, Dry-dial Water Meter


Single-jet Design: The single-jet water meter has only one water inlet and one outlet. Water enters the meter in a single jet. As the water passes through, it impacts the vane wheel, causing it to rotate. This simple design is suitable for measuring water flow with relatively stable and small flow rates.


Vane Wheel: The vane wheel, usually made of plastic or metal, is the core measuring component. The impact of water flow makes the vane wheel rotate at a speed proportional to the water flow velocity. By measuring the number of rotations of the vane wheel, the volume of water passing through the meter can be calculated.


Dry Dial: In a dry-dial water meter, the dial is isolated from the measurement chamber. The rotation of the vane wheel is transmitted to the pointer or digital display on the dial through magnetic coupling. The dry dial is not affected by impurities or humidity in the water, ensuring clear and accurate readings, long service life and low maintenance costs.


Low Pressure Loss: Due to its simple structure, the resistance of water flow through the meter is small, resulting in a relatively low pressure loss, which has little impact on the pressure of the water supply system.


Easy Reading: The dry dial's digital or pointer display is clear and intuitive, allowing users to easily read the water consumption, which is convenient for water management and cost settlement.


Long Service Life: The dry structure prevents the dial from coming into direct contact with water, reducing the possibility of corrosion and wear, thus prolonging the service life of the water meter.


Small Commercial Places: Such as small shops, offices, barbershops, etc. The water consumption in these places is relatively small and the water flow is stable, so this type of water meter can meet their metering needs and is convenient for cost accounting and water management.


Small Industrial Enterprises: For small industrial enterprises with low water consumption and relatively stable water flow during the production process, this type of water meter can be used as a basic water metering device to help enterprises monitor and manage water resource usage.
